Responsibilities for Quality Control Inspector
Job Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
• Monitor production operations daily to ensure conformance to company specifications • Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards • Create tests for quality control of products • Inspect products individually after production to learn shelf life specifics of individual products • Ensure operations reflect quality standards • Ensure products meet customer expectations based on company objectives • Communicate the results of inspections and put forward corrective suggestions • Write reports to document deficiencies and errors of products • Apply for Health Certifcate with Export Inspection Agency of India • Be adept at all export oriented certifications with EIA and MPEDA • Equipped with Supplier Filling Forms of EU countries • Working Knowledge and Execution of HACCP • Should have worked with CCPs of Fin Fish previously, with an added advantage of histamine analysis familiarity. Qualifications for Quality Control Inspector • Bachelor's degree in Science • Proven experience as a quality control inspector in the same industry preferred • Proficient in computer word processing and Microsoft Office applications • Strong regard for quality assurance according to company standards • Good knowledge about industry products and processes • Basic mathematical arithmetic • Excellent oral and communication skills • Excellent presentation and reporting skills • Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
